
On 25 & 26 November 2025, BSAC will organize together with NGS and SKML-section IMCD our bi-annual symposium entitled “Flow across borders” in Hof Van Liere, Prinsstraat 13, 2000 Antwerp (BE).
We welcome a limited number of abstracts. Authors will be asked to present their poster during a poster walk after lunch on the first day 25/11 and can be selected for a short oral presentation during a poster pitch session as well. Submission of abstracts fulfilling all requirements (see below) can be made by e-mail to info@cytometry-bsac.be.

GUIDELINES – The content of the abstract must be related to flow cytometry, research or diagnostics. – The acceptable length of the abstract is a maximum of 500 words. – The abstract should be structured into the following sections:
o A title which clearly indicates the nature of the investigation
o Objectives
o Methods
o Results
o Conclusion
o 1 figure or table may be included in the abstract itself Case reports are also accepted. In this case, the format may deviate from the above.
Abstracts will be evaluated for acceptance by the BSAC/NVC board members.
By 11/11/2025 the presenting author will be notified whether the abstract has been accepted. Reminder (notified in BSAC newsletter January 2025): the BSAC board will grant 2 travel grants to the 2 best submitted abstracts in the category young investigator (<36 years) if the first or last author is a BSAC member.
